Health For You Ltd is a Homeopathic Practice operating from Advanced Family Chiropractic in Manukau City. Additional consultations are also done at the Henderson Medical Centre Pharmacy in Henderson, Auckland on Saturdays.

We specialize in Homeopathy, but also include other modalities such as Homotoxicology, Bach Flowers, Phytotherapy, and Mineral Hair Analysis. Brief descriptions of each of these therapies follow below.

Homotoxicology studies the influences of toxic substances in humans, where symptoms and disease are seen as a result of the resistance to these toxic substances (homotoxins). Homotoxicology views disease as a process within humans - and antihomotoxic preparations are therefore designed to deal with the distinct stages of an illness.

Bach flower remedies are dilutions of flower material developed by Edward Bach, an English physician and homeopath, in the 1930s. He called this material "essences". The remedies are used primarily for emotional conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, insomnia and stress.

Phytotherapy utilizes extracts of plants, shrubs, trees, essential oils, seaweed and herbs to restore health.
Hair mineral analysis is an analytical test which measures the mineral content of the hair. The sampled hair, obtained by cutting the first 4cm of growth closest to the scalp at the nape of the neck, is prepared in a licensed clinical laboratory through a series of chemical and high temperature digestive procedures. Testing is then performed using highly sophisticated detection equipment and methods to achieve the most accurate and precise results. These tests give a good indication of some toxic metal levels in the body, while a blood test may reveal normal levels.
